Joseph E. Murray Born in Morristown, New Jersey, on October 21, 1937. Mr. Murray received a B.S. degree from Seton Hall University in 1959, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) Degree from Seton Hall University in 1962, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) Degree from New York University in 1963. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1962 and to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in 2001. Mr. Murray represents land use clients, both developers and objectors, before planning boards, boards of adjustment and other agencies. In addition to his land use practice, Mr. Murray prepares wills and sophisticated estate plans.

Theodore E. Schiller. Born in Plainfield, New Jersey on March 27, 1955. Mr. Schiller graduated with a B.A. from Princeton University in 1977 and received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University in 1980. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey including the Federal District Court of New Jersey in 1980 and the United States Supreme Court in 1984. He is a former assistant prosecutor for Union County. Mr. Schiller concentrates on business and corporate law, automobile dealership law with a specific emphasis on buy-sell transactions, banking, and land use law.

Perry A. Pittenger. Born in Newton, New Jersey, October 23, 1957. Mr. Pittenger graduated from Penn State University, with a B.A. degree in 1981 and received his J.D. degree from West Virginia University School of Law in 1984. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey and in the U.S. District Court of New Jersey in 1984. Mr. Pittenger is a former law clerk for the Honorable Robert C. Shelton, Jr., Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, 1984-1985. Mr. Pittenger practices in automobile dealership law, general litigation, personal injury, consumer fraud and advertising regulation litigation.

K. Joseph Vyzas. Born in Jersey City, New Jersey on July 11, 1949. Mr. Vyzas received a B.A. in Mathematics from St. Peter's College in 1971 and received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1978. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Vyzas is a former law clerk for the Honorable Richard F. Connors (Superior Court of New Jersey - Hudson County) 1979-1980. Mr. Vyzas practices in family law, condominium association law, real estate, and general litigation.

Daniel F. Crowe. Born in Suffern, New York, April 26, 1955. Mr. Crowe received a B.A. degree in accounting from William Paterson College in 1977; an M.S. in taxation from Pace University in 1983, and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice before the New Jersey state courts, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Crowe represents clients in matters involving the purchase or sale of businesses; the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of commercial real estate; SBA and commercial loan transactions; day-to-day legal issues involving business matters; negotiation and drafting of business contracts including information technology consulting agreements, noncompete/nondisclosure agreements, executive employment contracts, and end user license agreements; formation of new companies; and employee benefit plan matters. In addition to being an attorney, Mr. Crowe is a certified public accountant and has experience in both public and private accounting.

Jay B. Bohn Born in Lima, Ohio, on December 27, 1962. Mr. Bohn received a B.A. degree magna cum laude from the University of Dayton in 1985 and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) Degree from Cornell University in 1988. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey in 1988 and to the bar of the Supreme Court of the United States in 2001. Mr. Bohn’s legal practice emphasizes land use applications, real estate transactions and related litigation. In addition, Mr. Bohn has written or co-written numerous articles which have appeared in the New Jersey Law Journal and the Municipal Law Review.

Frank H. Blatz. Born in Plainfield, New Jersey on October 29, 1935. Mr. Blatz received a B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College in 1958; served in the U.S.M.C. from 1958-1961; and received his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1964. He is a member of the New Jersey Bar (1965) and the Florida Bar (1978). Mr. Blatz is a former law clerk for the Honorable Walter Hetfield, III, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Union County. Mr. Blatz' main areas of practice are estate planning and administration, trust and will preparation, and New Jersey, Florida, and federal estate taxes.



Richard M. Cohen. Born in Brooklyn, New York on April 20, 1962. Mr. Cohen graduated from Rutgers University in 1984 with a B.A. in English and Political Science, and received a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District Court of New York and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the New Jersey and Union County Bar Associations and a member of the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Mr. Cohen is the current Chairman of the Manalapan Township Planning Board. His practice includes litigation with an emphasis on all aspects of family law including divorce, custody, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence and adoption. In addition, Mr. Cohen represents clients before planning boards and zoning boards.

John De Massi. Born in Newark, New Jersey on June 24, 1949. Mr. De Massi received a B.A. degree magna cum laude from Rutgers University in 1971 and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Rutgers University , Newark School of Law in 1974 where he was editor of the Rutgers Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. De Massi is a former law clerk for the Honorable Francis X. Crahay, J.A.D. He served as an Assistant Union County Prosecutor from 1975 to 1982, supervising the major crime unit from 1977 through 1982. In addition to being in private practice since 1982, Mr. De Massi was the Roselle Municipal Attorney from 1998 until 2003, as well as having served as the attorney for Boards of Adjustments and as public defender in five Union County municipalities. In addition to his service in the public sector, Mr. De Massi was appointed a member of the District XII (Union County) Fee Arbitration Committee and the District XII Ethics Committee serving four year terms. He is presently a master of the Richard J. Hughes Inns of Court. Mr. De Massi has an extensive background in criminal law and has tried a substantial number of jury trials in federal and state courts. In addition to his extensive criminal practice, Mr. De Massi practices in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, zoning, and municipal law.

Thomas G. Russomano. Thomas G. Russomano. Born in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, March 4, 1964. Mr. Russomano received a B.A. degree in English from William Paterson College in 1988 and a J.D. degree cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he was a member of the Law Review. He is admitted to practice before the New Jersey State Courts, the United State Court for the District of New Jersey, the New Jersey Tax Court and the Court of International Trade. Mr. Russomano practices in general and commercial litigation, automobile dealership law, condominium association law, consumer fraud, legal malpractice and oppressed minority shareholder litigation.

Paul C Pawlowski. Born in Sidney, Ohio, May 6, 1952., Mr. Pawlowski graduated from Rutgers University with a B.S. degree in 1974 and received his J.D. degree cum laude from Cornell Law School in 1986. He was admitted to practice in New Jersey including the Federal District Court of New Jersey in 1986. Mr. Pawlowski has served as an Adjunct Professor with the Environmental Science Department of Rutgers University. Mr. Pawlowski concentrates on business, banking and corporate law, litigation matters representing business, environmental and land use law.
