the best decision of my life. Driving drunk was the worst decision of my life. Hiring Brian Schiller to represent me was the best decision of my life. After being arrested for a DWI with a BAC of .22, I was sure that my life was ruined and that I did not stand a chance in court. A friend suggested I contact Schiller & Pittenger because of their excellent reputation for defending even the most difficult DWI cases. From our first phone conversation, Brian Schiller put me at ease, and met with me the following day. He, and an Expert DWI Consultant, a former NJ State Police Officer, with years of specialized training scrutinized every detail of my arrest report, videos and Breathalyzer information. They came to the conclusion that there were several issues regarding the following of protocol for the field sobriety test and the breath test. The end result is that the Breathalyzer results were not admissible in court, and I received the minimum loss of license for 90 days. Hiring Brian Schiller was one of the most important and the best decisions I have ever made, by far. He changed the course of my life.
